Consultbiz.net is an on-line small business consulting community created for members to share information and assist one another in business profitability. Members agree to use the forum responsibly for the purpose of posting questions for assistance in business problem solving, or responding to posted questions by providing sound advice to other members. A valid E-mail address is used for confirmation prior to membership activation. All members are identified in the forum only by their unique "username". The forum is provided for the sharing of information whereby a member company posts a question in one of several areas of business. Other member companies, preferably in the same industry, are encouraged to post an appropriate response providing an associate member with a possible solution to their business problem.
Members can "opt in" to have their company listed in the member only directory. This directory can be searched by industry and geographic area. (Only logged-in members can use the directory search). Results include company name, location and web site address. There will be future advertising opportunities. THE FORUM IS NOT TO BE USED FOR ANY FORM OF SOLICITATION OR MESSAGING.
NOTE: The following actions are not permitted on the member forum: vulgar or insultive language; messages or postings containing words of hatred; references to any form of pornography or related web sites; intentionally posting false or misleading information; promotion of products or services; using the forum for self-promotion or purposes other than requesting or giving advice on business processes.
Member privileges may be suspended or terminated at any time without notice if any form of abuse occurs.

The privacy of your information is important. Member information on ConsultBiz.net is collected in a mysql database on our secure server. This information is used to register members and provide valuable services that assist small business owners in achieving profitability. The information collected includes: a registrant defined user name; contact name; company name; industry; complete mailing address; phone; E-mail; and web site. ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION IS PROVIDED TO 3RD PARTIES.
Use of the member forum identifies individuals by User Name only. No reference is made to any other stored member information in the forum unless the user specifically provides it. The Member Directory is only available to member's who have logged in. Searches are based upon three criteria: Industry, Country, and State or Province. The only information that is returned and provided on the display screen to logged in members includes: Industry, Company Name, State / Province and Web Site address. This limited amount of member information is only displayed - IF - the member has OPTED IN by checking the appropriate box for inclusion. Otherwise, member information is never displayed.
